Are you passionate about translating strategic vision to product delivery and uplifting product management practices? We are looking for a Product Practice Lead to design and lead portfolio and product management processes for our product organization.

Product Practice Lead

Your Role:

As our new Product Practice Lead, you will ensure that portfolio management at Kramp supports both strategic alignment and effective delivery within our product organisation. You will facilitate processes that connect long-term priorities to day-to-day delivery, while uplifting product management practices across the organisation. Your work will help bridge the gap between vision, portfolio, and execution.

The Team:

You will be reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management, part of the Corporate Development Team. You will collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, people managers, the Portfolio Management Team and senior stakeholders across domains.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategy & Vision: You design working processes that help translate Kramp’s strategic portfolio into clear requirements for the product organization and delivery cycles. You support the strategy (year plan) process and coach product teams in turning strategic goals into concrete OKRs.
  • Process & Methodology: You define and refine standard product management tools and frameworks, ensuring consistent and compatible usage across teams, thereby uplifting the Agile product management profession at Kramp. From prioritization methods to discovery frameworks, you set the foundations for effective product delivery.
  • Execution Oversight: You help teams improve delivery rituals, planning, and predictability. You lead PI planning sessions, ensure dependency management, and encourage continuous improvement cycles. You play a key role in the communication and alignment within all stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Stakeholder Management: You create clarity and alignment through standardized tools and templates for communication, reporting, and OKRs. You may facilitate cross-team alignment sessions, ensuring transparency and shared ownership across the organization.

What You Bring:

  • You have significant experience in product management leadership, ideally in scaling or maturing product practices across organizations, and are passionate about uplifting product management practices.
  • You are comfortable working and communicating at both strategic and execution levels, moving seamlessly between vision and daily delivery.
  • You bring a structured and pragmatic approach to defining frameworks and tools, and ensure they’re adopted consistently.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment, and are skilled at influencing and aligning stakeholders.

What Kramp offers:

  • Competitive salary.
  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a full time contract).
  • Flexible working policy in hours and location (with offices in Utrecht, Varsseveld and Leek).
  • Travel and working from home allowance.
  • Profit sharing bonus.
  • Learning budget for training and courses to support your growth ambitions.
