Are you passionate about translating strategic vision to product delivery and uplifting product management practices? We are looking for a Product Practice Lead to design and lead portfolio and product management processes for our product organization.
Your Role:
As our new Product Practice Lead, you will ensure that portfolio management at Kramp supports both strategic alignment and effective delivery within our product organisation. You will facilitate processes that connect long-term priorities to day-to-day delivery, while uplifting product management practices across the organisation. Your work will help bridge the gap between vision, portfolio, and execution.
The Team:
You will be reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management, part of the Corporate Development Team. You will collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, people managers, the Portfolio Management Team and senior stakeholders across domains.
