We are looking for a CRO Specialist who looks beyond just experiments and tests. This person understands how to optimally use a website as a whole to convince and convert visitors. He/she combines knowledge of UX, storytelling, and content structure with an analytical mindset and experience in lead generation within a B2B environment.

The ideal candidate is able to translate insights from data (e.g. GA4, heatmaps, A/B testing) into improvements in the customer journey and works closely with content, marketing, and development. Knowledge of SEO and CMS is a strong plus, so that improvements can also be implemented in practice.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior and website performance (e.g. via GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, dashboards).
  • Develop and execute a conversion optimization strategy focused on lead generation.
  • Set up, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Advise on the optimal structure of pages (layout, copy, CTAs, storytelling).
  • Ensure consistent translation of the customer journey in collaboration with content & marketing.
  • Translate insights into concrete improvements to the website and landing pages.
  • Monitor results and report to marketing and management.
  • Identify opportunities related to SEO and contribute ideas for implementation.

Wat is jouw ervaring?

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in CRO, digital marketing, or web optimization.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing and tools (e.g. Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Adobe).
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with GA4 and tag management.
  • Understanding of UX principles, persuasive design, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with SEO and CMS (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills; able to present results and recommendations convincingly.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of independently leading projects.
  • Affinity with B2B and lead generation is a strong plus.
