Join Nedap in Healthcare as a HubSpot Specialist

At Nedap in Healthcare, we recently implemented HubSpot as a replacement for Dynamics. The Business Automation & Tooling team (BAT) supported this implementation and is responsible for the integration with applications such as Zuora, Freshdesk, and customer-facing tools in our software suite. By now, teams such as Sales, Account Management, Communications, and Marketing are actively using HubSpot. The project is now ready for the next phase of adoption – and that’s where you come in!

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will help teams get the most out of HubSpot: from workflows and journeys to dashboards, email and landing pages. You will work closely with stakeholders, translate their needs into smart solutions, and contribute to further development of HubSpot within our business unit.

Your responsibilities

  • Support: guide colleagues and teams in setting up and using HubSpot;

  • Automate: streamline and scale processes through workflows and integrations;

  • Analyze: create dashboards and reports that provide insight into team and customer data;

  • Develop: contribute to the setup of email templates, landing pages, and contract templates;

  • Improve: map processes, identify issues, and translate these into tickets or projects within the BAT-team;

  • Innovate: stay up to date with HubSpot trends and translate them into practical applications.

Your team

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will join the Business Automation & Tooling team (BAT). The team consists of a Product Owner, UX designer, and developers. Together we automate business processes to help colleagues work more efficiently and reduce repetitive tasks. Our current focus is on Healthcare, but together with the AI Enablement Team, we also explore how our solutions can benefit other business units.

Our offer

As a HubSpot specialist at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our goal: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. We offer a salary above market average based on your background and experience. Additionally, you are entitled to a thirteenth month, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a shareholder of Nedap. Everything we do revolves around trust and autonomy. That's why you determine your own working hours and vacation days. We also place great value on personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive introduction, and we encourage you to continually develop yourself.

Required experience and skills

As a HubSpot Specialist, you are communicative, curious, and solution-oriented. You understand both the business processes of teams and the technical possibilities of HubSpot and related tools. We would also like to see the following:

  • Experience: solid experience with HubSpot;

  • Communication: strong communication skills;

  • Business processes: interest in processes such as support, finance, upselling/downselling, and customer data lifecycle;

  • Learning: willingness to learn and work with tools like Zuora and Oneflow;

  • Technical skills (nice to have): knowledge of HTML, CSS, HubL, and HubSpot COS.
