Are you ready to be the driving force behind transformative educational programmes that change lives? As the Programme Manager at TSH Talent Foundation, you'll lead the charge in launching and expanding our groundbreaking initiatives. You'll manage the Changemaker Scholarship Programme, supporting ambitious students across 18 European cities, and the Better Society Academy, offering immersive masterclasses for dedicated professionals. Your role will be at the heart of our mission, ensuring these programmes not only succeed but also grow to reach and inspire more changemakers every year.

The TSH Talent Foundation

In an era marked by unparalleled connectivity yet persistent inequality, the TSH Talent Foundation was created by The Social Hub on the belief that opportunity should be a right for all, not a privilege. The foundation aims to help talent overcome barriers to opportunity, specifically changemakers who have faced great challenges and transformed their experience into an unstoppable motivation.

The TSH Talent Foundation is a standalone nonprofit based in Amsterdam. It is funded via a pledge by the hybrid hospitality pioneer to distribute 1% of its annual turnover to the organisation. The TSH Talent Foundation is starting with the Changemaker Scholarship Programme and the Better Society Academy masterclass – two programmes focused on motivated but underrepresented students and professionals dedicated to creating a better society. The Scholarship programme provides accommodation and talent support for students across 18 European cities. The Better Society Academy offers short, immersive upskilling programmes for changemakers from around Europe, focusing on specific societal challenges such as DE&I and sustainability. The Foundation seeks to create programmes in collaboration with value-sharing partners, including institutions, companies, individuals, and other nonprofits. It will start with a board, a small team of internationally oriented and impact-driven professionals, and an international advisory council. The board will be chaired by Frank Uffen, partner of The Social Hub:

Through the TSH Talent Foundation, we will offer unique, transformative experiences to talented and motivated individuals. We aim to fulfil this promise through programmes that hope to foster their empathy and unlock their full potential to contribute to a more equitable, inclusive, and peaceful world. Frank Uffen partner of The Social Hub
