About the Team
Our US Marketplace Strategy & Operations team is responsible for building, scaling and improving the way in which we provide Restaurant delivery. We build our restaurant selection, test 0 → 1 products to give merchants more opportunity to delight their consumers, and optimize ways to improve our marketplace to increase the return on investment our partners gain from partnering with DoorDash. This team focuses on all things Restaurants ranging from selection, to merchandising, to consumer strategy, to leveraging our logistics network in new ways, to so much more!
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our Marketplace Strategy & Operations team, supporting U.S. Restaurant Acquisition Targeting. In this role, you’ll help build the targeting strategy that drives growth across our platform businesses—enabling our sales and operations teams to reach the right merchants with the right opportunities at the right time.
You’ll work closely with Strategy & Ops Managers, Data Science, Sales Ops, and Engineering to analyze data, support infrastructure development, and surface insights that guide our acquisition motion. This is a great fit if you enjoy solving complex problems, partnering cross-functionally, and contributing to strategies that scale.

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $78,200—$115,000 USD
