What you'll do

You’ll join our Organization Effectiveness team of 10 professionals and collaborate with departments across bol, demonstrably improving the organization daily to maximize our impact. You’ll report to the Head of Organization Effectiveness (part of People & Organization Performance). As our expert in the field, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dynamic, fast-paced organization. Your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to maximizing our organizational impact as we transform and scale. No two days are alike here – and that’s exactly how we like it. Your key responsibilities:

  • Data-driven prioritization & advice: leverage data to prioritize organizational effectiveness initiatives, advising the business on the next steps
  • Design organizational effectiveness solutions: translate business challenges into operating model solutions (think org design, roles including grading, ways of working, behaviors), ensuring alignment with bol's overall strategy
  • Realize and embed improvements: partner with transition experts to implement the designed improvements and ensure they stick
  • Drive bottom-up adoption: ensure top-down changes succeed through co-creation, experiments and pilots, and quick reality checks
  • Optimize the operating model: analyze and improve the organizational design, roles & responsibilities, behaviors, and ways of working
  • Build bridges: work with People & teams and business units to discover improvement needs and translate insights into breakthroughs

You’re not only aiming for dots on the horizon – you know how to get there in the most pragmatic way possible.
