For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Mobile Apps & Connectivity Intern in our Marketing Division.

About the role

In this role, you will work together with the Mobile Apps & Connectivity Specialist in Yamaha Motor Europe's Digital Experience team. The purpose is to develop excellent mobile app and connectivity experiences, following global product launches. You will collaborate with colleagues from the global headquarters in Japan and with many of our European distributors. You will also be responsible for coordinating customer support to European Yamaha customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing Yamaha Motor Europe’s mobile apps and connectivity systems
• Securing a superior level of customer support to European customers
• Analyzing the usage of mobile apps and identifying areas of improvement
• Supporting the Mobile Apps & Connectivity Specialist in their daily activities

What do you bring?

• You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student
• You are looking for a 5 or 6 month internship
• You are interested in digital marketing, software development and want to grow as a professional
• You want to increase your digital skills with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, Jira, CSS, HTML and Adobe Experience Cloud
• You are a fast learner and a quick doer
• Your spoken and written English is excellent. Any other languages you bring are an asset

About Yamaha Motor Europe:
Yamaha Motor Europe is responsible for coordinating the marketing and sales activities of our products in the European market, mainly: Yamaha motorcycles, scooters, eBikes, marine engines, personal watercraft vehicles, boats, 4-wheeled all terrain and side-by-side vehicles (ATVs/SSVs), lightweight vehicles (golf cars, personal and commercial vehicles) and eBike drive units and systems.
