Introduction to the role

Are you passionate about continuous improvement and helping organizations unlock their full potential? Do you thrive on advising senior leaders, influencing strategy, and driving change across an agile, forward-thinking organization? If so, we want to meet you!

At ASML, our IT & Data organization has been on an exciting journey since our Agile transformation in 2020. We’ve built a strong, dynamic network through Release Trains and Portfolios, and we’ve implemented an innovative IT Operating Model that supports our strategic objectives. Now, we’re looking for an inspiring leader to join us as an Operating Model Change Agent to help refine and evolve this model, ensuring we stay ahead of new challenges and opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Operating Model Change Agent, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our IT & Data organization. You will be part of a dedicated team that ensures our Operating Model evolves in alignment with both the strategy and practical needs of the business.

  • Lead the continuous improvement of our IT Operating Model, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals;
  • Own the development and implementation of an improvement roadmap to keep the Operating Model relevant and effective;
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions;
  • Foster a culture of change by facilitating workshops and creating engaging communication strategies to implement improvements;
  • Maintain and share the knowledge of the Operating Model, ensuring it’s embraced across teams and stakeholders.

Education and Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll need more than just technical expertise. We’re looking for someone with a passion for driving change, a deep understanding of agile environments, and the ability to inspire and lead teams through transformation.

  • At least 10 years in a global, agile environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role;
  • A strong understanding of IT in an agile setting, and SAFe certification;
  • A relevant MSc or BSc in Information Management (or equivalent).

Skills

Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that. You won’t work in a silo. Instead, you’ll be part of a creative, dynamic work environment where you’ll collaborate with supportive colleagues. There is always space for creative and unique points of view. You’ll have the flexibility and trust to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems.

  • Excellent communication and networking skills that foster collaboration across teams;
  • A passion for continuous improvement, with a proactive and persistent approach to problem-solving;
  • Experience in change management, with the ability to facilitate workshops and lead impactful training sessions;
  • A knack for connecting with diverse stakeholders and motivating teams to embrace change;
  • A natural leader who inspires others, drives organizational design improvements, and creates a supportive team atmosphere.

At ASML, you’ll join a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and forward-thinking. You’ll be empowered to make real, lasting changes that help shape the future of our organization. If you’re ready to be part of a dynamic, inclusive team that’s shaping the next chapter of IT & Data transformation, we’d love to hear from you!
