Our Culture of Ownership, Meritocracy and Collaboration

We are not afraid to think differently! Embrace new ideas. Dream big. We empower our people– from entry-level intern to senior leader – to own their work. We share a responsibility to think like Owners – to be mindful of the collective and sustained success – which we apply to every situation, every day.

As part of our team, we want to help you grow and achieve. You are encouraged to bring your authentic self to work every day, to lead with humility, and drive outstanding performance at every level. You’re given opportunities to leave a mark and build a legacy. But you won’t do it alone. You’re supported by passionate teammates along the way, and our collective, collaborative spirit fuels our incredible progress.

  • Optimize internal processes such as participant management, data tracking, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support on contract lifecycle management, such as vendor data management and commercial alignment.
  • Develop effective communication and analytical skills while navigating a fast-evolving, high-performance environment.

Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support procurement decision-making.
  • Assist in the creation and improvement of procurement training materials.
  • Help streamline procurement reporting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance procurement capability initiatives.

  • Support to organize events, trainings and workshops.

Job requirements:

  • You are enrolled at a European university for the full duration of the internship.

  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).
  • Kraft Heinz does NOT provide a working Visa.

Professional Attributes:

  • Interested in pursuing a career in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Commercial Environment, Strategy, or Project Management.
  • Communication Skills: You’ll frequently be exposed to senior management and vendors, so excellent interpersonal skills are essential to interact with different partners.
  • Proactive, curious and enthusiastic: You’re a go-getter, not easily thrown off your game, even when you encounter resistance.
  • Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple and implement fast. Our aim is to provide simple solutions when dealing with sophisticated challenges.
  • Analytical: We’re a very data-driven company. You have an analytical approach and know how to translate complex data into a simple solution.
  • Ownership: You’re always seeking opportunities to expand your business and build more savings, while over-delivering your targets.
  • Standout colleague: You’re sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower, but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.

What we offer you:

  • Program start date: January 2026
  • Duration: 6 – 6.5 months (for 40 hrs a week)
  • Please note that you do need to relocate to the Netherlands for the internship (if not already there).
  • Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days), a company-provided laptop, full reimbursement of travel expenses to the office, as well as reimbursement to improve your work from home environment.
