Tricks of the trade

• Create and develop recipes: Continuously create new recipes; so our customers can find recipes that best fit the price, quality, and health needs of an average Dutch family.
• Understand customer needs: Gain a deep understanding of our customers and the types of meals that suit their lifestyles.
• Optimize and innovate: Use the full potential of the Picnic assortment and push category management to take the range to the next level for recipe creation.
• Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with photographers, designers, copywriters, and analysts to deliver inspiring recipes in our app.
• Food styling: Ensure that the photography, presentation and description of recipes in our app is attractive and clear as possible.

Your superpowers

• BSc. degree in a food related or commercial field, or the equivalent professional track record to substitute for that.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a commercial environment.
• Proven recipe development skills, demonstrated in a blog, social media accounts, or similar platform.
• You live and breathe food and cooking and you love presenting your creations in the most appealing way.
• You are well versed in using data to consistently improve the recipes you develop.
• Good understanding of the expectations and habits of the Dutch market in terms of food.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
