Join our dynamic Brand Marketing team as a Design & Brand Marketing Intern!

We are a forward-thinking team dedicated to innovative marketing strategies and exceptional visual storytelling. As our Design & Brand Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Brand Designer, and assist with various design tasks. You will also support broader brand marketing initiatives, outside of design tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Design and Marketing, making it an ideal position for creative and ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their careers.

What you can expect from the internship

• Assisting with various visuals: Support the creation of different visuals, especially those that follow established templates, such as paid ads, competition templates, templates for our DE AGENDA series, and special occasions and celebrations.
• Big project picture research: Conduct picture research to improve the look and feel of our app. Help maintain and expand our image library.
• Video editing: Assist with ongoing projects like artists' interviews which appear on Instagram and TikTok.
• Design updates: Regularly update and refresh existing design materials to align with current branding and marketing strategies, such as decks and mockups.
• Creative input: Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new visual content and campaigns.

With any spare time from Design, you’ll also get the chance to contribute to:

• Cross-post our contents: Assist in posting content across various platforms and ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.
• Collaborate on our Explore Feed: Work with our explore feed team to curate and maintain the things that appear in the discovery parts of our app.
• Social Media Research: Assisting in UGC (User Generated Content) on X/IG
• Shoot Assistance: Assist in booking interviews for shoots and researching artists to help inform interview questions. Assist on set and liaise with artists and artist teams. Help source rental equipment and confirm insurance/licenses as needed. Researching and sourcing audio/music to accompany video content.

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• You are based in or near Amsterdam.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Canva, as well as Google Slides.
• Strong creative, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for design and marketing.
• Available for an internship on short notice and for at least 5 months, and at least 4 days per week.
