As a Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading diagnostics to identify and unlock the full potential within our business areas. You will design and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Efficiency Opportunities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of current workflows, processes, and systems to find and quantify improvement potential. Ideate radical solutions leveraging technology and automation.
  • Support Initiative Delivery: Identify roadblocks, define actions to unblock them, and ensure course correction. Challenge the status quo and hunt for better results.
  • Provide Program Performance Transparency: Prepare senior leadership for transformation updates and internal communications. Interact with local BoM members to discuss program performance and key initiatives.
  • Program Delivery Control: Set priorities for the program, drive governance processes, ensure financial reconciliation, and track metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and success.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Engage with various departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives. Work closely with the CTO and All-in Program Office to drive program governance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with operational and senior stakeholders to gather insights and mobilize support for transformation projects. Act as a problem-solving partner for the business to identify new initiatives and generate greater impact.

Your Profile?

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformations involving senior executives and multiple stakeholders, preferably within the insurance industry. You are proficient in project management tools, modeling, data visualization, and dashboard development. Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in one local language (French and/or Dutch). You possess expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. With a transformation mindset, you approach challenges proactively, inquisitively, and with attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in collaboration and communication, engaging effectively with roles at all levels.
