Project: Head Office Renovation – Program Start Architecture
Duration & Load: 2–3 months, ASAP
What you’ll do
- Lead the Program Start Architecture for a smart-building solution integrating BMS, security, meeting room/workplace tech, sensors and digital signage.
- Define target architecture, integrations, data flows, non-functionals, and options with cost ranges to enable an executive decision.
- Consolidate business/technical requirements and produce a clear decision pack.
What you bring
- 7–10+ years as a Solution/Enterprise Architect with IoT + BMS integration outcomes.
- Hands-on with sensor ecosystems (occupancy/people counting) and enterprise data/API architectures.
- Strong stakeholder skills; can write crisp architecture docs and present trade-offs.
