What does the role involve?

As our BIM Process & Experience Specialist, you are the key link between our global BIM Competence Center and key stakeholders across the business. You will ensure that project documentation is always up-to-date, accessible, and seamlessly integrated into our systems. Beyond documentation, you are also the face of our BIM Experience Center—a space where innovation truly comes to life. Here, you will manage international customer visits, maintain smooth operations, and collaborate with marketing to showcase the latest technologies. Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage and Optimize BIM-Documentation and Templates:
  • Oversee and streamline thousands of BIM service documents, ensuring global standards are met.
  • Bridge gaps in terminology, synchronize updates, and ensure easy navigation for all stakeholders.
  • Actively collect and implement feedback from global engineering teams to enhance clarity and consistency.
• Coordinate the BIM Experience Center:
  • Keep the BIM Experience Center running smoothly as a hub of technological innovation.
  • Design and conduct immersive tours for international clients, providing hands-on experiences with Hilti's latest solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive visibility and engagement.
• Facilitate Global Standards and Engagement:
  • Act as the key connection between global project standards, user feedback, and seamless documentation.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with international best practices and easily accessible to teams worldwide.

What you bring:

• A master’s degree in civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or IT.
• Relevant experience in BIM.
• Strong affinity for document management, process optimization, and structured workflows.
• Hands-on mentality with exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and within global teams.
• Proactive communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus.
