We’re looking for someone who’s eager to take charge and grow quickly in the role:

• Proactively spot bottlenecks in the pipeline and act before they become problems
• Take pride in delivering an amazing candidate experience that reflects our brand
• Own your work — measure impact, share learnings, and drive improvements every week

This challenge is perfect for you if

• Currently pursuing (or recently graduated from) a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Highly organized with an eye for detail and a “get it done” attitude
• Curiosity and drive to learn how world-class recruiting works in a fast-moving scale-up
