Join SUITSUPPLY: Empowering People to Look and Feel Their Best

SUITSUPPLY is a global leader in men's fashion, specializing in high-quality suits and menswear, available online and in stores worldwide. Our mission is to empower people to look and feel their best, leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional customer experiences. At SUITSUPPLY, innovation drives us, and craftsmanship, quality, and service define us.

As a Data Engineer in our central Data Platform team, you’ll play a key role in optimizing and expanding our data infrastructure to empower decentralized teams across the organization. You’ll refine robust ETL pipelines, ensure our platform is reliable, scalable, and future-proof, and—where opportunities arise—pilot real-time event enrichment with Apache Kafka and Flink. This is a role for a mid-to-senior engineer who thrives on both building and guiding—empowering teams across the business to make the most of our data platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Elevate our pipelines: continuously improve ETL workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
  • Enable self-service: build features and processes that allow more teams to work independently with our platform.
  • Champion data contracts: support our fully declarative transformation flow from landing zone to production.
  • Collaborate and guide: partner with internal engineering, product, and business teams, promoting best practices and enabling effective platform use.
  • Uphold technical excellence: keep our GCP-based infrastructure (BigQuery, dbt, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Airbyte, Datastream and, sporadically, Kubernetes) stable, secure, and efficient.
  • Automate with Terraform: use Infrastructure-as-Code to deploy, manage, and scale platform resources.
  • Explore streaming innovation: contribute to the adoption of real-time event enrichment using Apache Kafka and Flink.

Who you are:

  • Seasoned engineer: 5+ years of data engineering experience, with at least 2 years working on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Proficient in programming: expert-level SQL skills and strong Python for data processing, automation, and workflow orchestration.
  • Experienced with tools & platforms: BigQuery, dbt, Cloud Run, Airbyte, and Google Datastream. Experience with Apache Kafka and Flink is a plus.
  • Architectural thinker: skilled in data modeling, transformation workflows, and building resilient and log producing systems.
  • Clear communicator: comfortable guiding both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curious innovator: excited to explore new tools, especially in streaming and real-time data.

What you get:

  • Impact at scale: your work shapes how the entire company uses and benefits from data.
  • Modern tech stack: work with GCP, BigQuery, dbt, and cutting-edge streaming tools.
  • Direct access to GCP beta features: get hands-on with upcoming Google Cloud innovations before they’re publicly available.
  • Empowered environment: join a team that values autonomy, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Growth mindset: experiment, learn, and lead as we expand our data capabilities.
  • Competitive Compensation: An excellent salary package.
  • Make an Impact: Contribute to our ambitious growth plans.
  • Exclusive Discounts: 40% discount on all Suitsupply products.
  • Global Workforce: Join a diverse team with 20+ nationalities, serving customers in 30+ countries and 100+ stores.

Founded in Europe in 2000, Suitsupply has grown to over 90 international stores in cities such as Milan, London, Zurich, Amsterdam, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. In addition to our ever-expanding number of brick-and-mortar locations, we maintain a strong online presence, allowing Suitsupply to bring our style and top-tier service to all corners of the globe.

In an industry where fast fashion dominates and craftsmanship is fast disappearing, Suitsupply introduces a better option: one where no attention to detail or quality is ever spared. That’s why we use only the finest Italian fabrics sourced from mills such as Ferla, E. Thomas, Larusmiani and Vitale Barberis Canonico.

We have received widespread accolade from the likes of GQ, Esquire, and, perhaps most notably, a Wall Street Journal blind test that rated a $600 Suitsupply suit in a first-place tie with a $3,600 Armani.

While high-quality suiting at an affordable price point remain at the core of all that we do, our versatile range includes jackets, trousers, outerwear, shoes, accessories and attire available as prêt à porter and made-to-measure.

At Suitsupply, we pride ourselves in taking innovative approaches to traditional problems. This has led to the development of technologies such as our Design Your Own feature, our Garmentor app, and a commitment to in-house tailoring, providing quick alterations while you wait for a perfect fit every time. Each and every sales associate receives in-depth training through our acclaimed Suit School, bringing the unmatched level of passion and expertise that make Suitsupply’s customer service stand out.

The message is clear. We believe that nobody should leave Suitsupply with anything less than a perfect fit. If you’re equally devoted to quality, check out our jobs page for opportunities to join us.
