At BCG, we believe that our differences make us stronger – as individuals, as a team, and in the work we do. That’s why we’re hosting this online session to share how we support and connect with the LGBTQIA+ community within BCG through Pride@BCG.
During the session, you’ll hear from BCGers with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, who’ll share their personal journeys and talk about what working at BCG means to them. You’ll get insights into our Pride@BCG network and have the opportunity to ask any questions – whether about consulting, our culture, or career development.
Who can join?
This event is open to all university students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) and young professionals from any field of study. No CV or motivation letter is required – just bring your curiosity and join the conversation.
