IAM Consultant

Join Our Cyber Security Team as an IAM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM Consultant to join our Cyber Security team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity.
• Manage Privileged Access solutions using CyberArk.
• Develop and maintain Access Management solutions using Entra ID or Okta.
• Implement Customer Identity solutions using Okta or PingIdentity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting.
• Proven expertise and knowledge in IAM.
• Hands-on experience with either Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity), Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), Access Management (Entra ID/Okta), or Customer Identity (Okta/PingIdentity).

Certifications:

• SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity certifications.
• CyberArk certifications.
• Okta or PingIdentity certifications.
• Azure/Entra ID certifications.

Nice to have:

• SABSA or TOGAF frameworks.
• CompTIA Security+
