Your position

As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. We are looking for someone who combines traditional financial expertise with a clear focus and drive to improve processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital acumen and possess a proactive mindset toward automation and efficiency.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will report to the Head of FP&A. Your tasks and responsibilities cover:

  • Collaborate in the preparation and management of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and Long Term Plan.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external standards.
  • Prepare senior management review meetings, including Managing Board and Supervisory Board meetings.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategy development.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track business metrics, and provide insights to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the FP&A function, recommending and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and value.
  • Leverage digital tools and technologies—including Data Platform, PowerBI, Copilot and other tools, to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required by management.

Your profile

For this position, we ask you to bring:

  • Master degree (Business Administration, Business Economics, Accountancy)
  • 5-10 years of relevant FP&A and/or Business Control experience in an international corporate environment
  • Highly organized with an eye for details, with a demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills across the entire Finance function and with business.
  • Proactive and autonomous nature, able to drive multiple projects and activities simultaneously, and know when to escalate issues or ask for support
  • Demonstrated experience with digital finance tools and a keen interest in driving digital adoption.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Team player mentality, enjoy working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently
  • An excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Dutch or other languages would be advantageous

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5449 to € 7349 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
