Your Role

As Practice Head of Digital Manufacturing, you will lead and inspire a collaborative team of 200+ professionals, shaping the strategic direction, portfolio evolution, and financial performance of our Digital Manufacturing practice. In this role, you'll focus on clientcentric transformation, developing innovative offerings in Manufacturing & Operations and our growth market Digital Engineering. You'll create an environment where your leadership team can thrive and deliver value, while overseeing talent development and ensuring operational execution aligns with market needs. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the global organization to create intelligent industry solutions that integrate process engineering, compliance, connectivity, data and AI innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaboratively defining and implementing the vision and strategy for the domain, technology, and market.
  • Leading the practice organization to achieve shared business development and operational goals.
  • Fostering the development of the practice, including employee growth, quality, and long-term employability.
  • Creating an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and contribute to innovation.

Your Profile

  • Has experience leading a professional organization of similar size.
  • Is knowledgeable in Sales, Delivery, Business Development, and Strategy.
  • Can think and act across operational, tactical, and strategic levels, and collaborate with the core team to translate vision into action.
  • Understands the direction of Intelligent Industry and can prepare the organization and team members for change.
  • Is a supportive manager who coaches and develops their team.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and relevant experience, with the ability to engage with clients in Sales/Pre-sales situations and support Market Units/Sales teams.
  • Communicates effectively and can build relationships at CxO level both with clients and internally.
  • Can translate market trends into a clear direction for the practice.
