About the role

Responsible for developing, implementing and executing the Northern Europe market-level Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Pricing strategies. Working closely with commercial teams, ensuring the proper execution of trade terms, pricing, promotions, and portfolio & channel segmentation strategies. Optimize revenue and profitability across various territories, in compliance with local policies and regulations while leveraging analytics to support tactical decision-making. Custodian of the local Commercial Policy.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Leads and executes RGM and Pricing strategies as developed by company leadership, aligned with market-specific objectives for North District (Benelux, Nordics and UK&I)
  • Leading a team of 4 employees, across 3 countries
  • Collaborates closely with the Global RGM & Pricing team to roll out best practices, analytical toolkit, etc. to strengthen local capability
  • Acts as Business Partner across Versuni Northern Europe to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvement
  • Translate global pricing strategies into local pricing guidelines with portfolio consistency & compliance with global standards
  • Drives and measures Pricing effectiveness by optimizing pricing architecture based on customer analytics and competitive pricing as well as global golden promo rules to ensure the right price positioning for all products
  • Co-develops the 12-month promotional calendar with Key Account Managers and Trade Marketing Managers, in alignment with local priorities and leveraging promo golden rules to maximize effectiveness
  • Drives and measures trade spend effectiveness by identifying opportunities to improve trade spends on customers, ensuring optimal ROI on trade investments and leveraging golden rules on Pay-for-Performance
  • Own the local Customer Commercial Conditions Terms
  • Implement customer segmentation and partitioning by leveraging customer segmentation models to further target pricing and promotions effectively across different customer groups
  • Provides RGM and pricing insights from advanced analytics tools to support KAMs in customer negotiations
  • Report on local RGM and Pricing initiatives to the Global Commercial Excellence Team
  • Support Finance in Perfect Invoice Flow to ensure that trade invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner, while ensures Customer Master Data quality in the Fighting Unit

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercial, strategic or financial role
  • Proven experience in revenue growth management or similar responsibilities
  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Master’s degree level in business administration, economics or finance
  • Knowledge in value extraction, channel strategy, digital sales & pricing, promotion effectiveness, advanced skills in Microsoft offices and SAP
  • Ability to work in a team with a wide array of stakeholders (cross-functional, cross-layer)
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows, requests and stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, but also a hands-on mindset
  • Strong analytic tool skills (SAP ERP Suite and Power BI are a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or appliances domain is a plus
