Data Analyst bij Kramp

At Kramp, we are driving innovation by accelerating the adoption of AI across our organization, increasing productivity, and transforming the way our teams work: faster, easier, and more automated through the development of lightweight GenAI applications.

We're looking for a Data Analyst who is ready to speak the language of data to drive transformation, especially in the context of deploying GenAI-powered tools across the business.

Your role:

You will lead the end-to-end analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to uncover insights that drive our AI-powered innovation. You’ll design and deliver data solutions that support GenAI application development, working closely with engineers and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable insights. Your role involves identifying automation opportunities, building scalable dashboards and models, and ensuring data-driven decisions accelerate productivity and strategic goals. By bridging the technical and business worlds, you’ll empower teams to rapidly prototype, validate, and scale AI solutions across the organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights that support AI-driven innovation and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions and data models.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and predictive models that inform and accelerate GenAI application development.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization using AI and data-driven approaches.
  • Support rapid prototyping and validation of AI-powered tools, enabling quick iteration and scaling of successful concepts.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders to drive data literacy and adoption.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across analytics workflows and support deployment in cloud environments.
  • Stay up to date with AI, machine learning, and data analytics trends to continuously enhance tools, methods, and business impact.

Your team:
You’ll join a small but growing team with the mission to accelerate Kramp's adoption of AI at a rapid rate, not just through presentations and trainings, but by delivering tangible business cases. We operate at the cutting edge of innovation and AI adoption, working alongside 3,500 international colleagues. Join us on a journey where strategy meets innovation, your insights shape our vision, and where “It’s that easy” becomes reality.

Who are you?
You don’t just analyze data, you connect the dots between information, intelligence, and innovation. We’re looking for someone who can translate complex data into strategic direction. You bring:

  • A Completed Master degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar data-driven role
  • You bring a background in consulting, potentially gained at a Big Four firm.
  • Excellent technical skills, such as in Python/ SQL with the curiosity to embrace other programming languages as your tools.
  • You’re the bridge between two worlds: the technical and the non-technical and thus your communication skills should be excellent.
  • The ability to translate complex data and AI-driven insights into clear, impactful recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to identify opportunities where AI can add value.

What do we offer?
We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:

  • Competitive salary.
  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a full time contract).
  • Flexible working policy in hours and location (with offices in Utrecht, Varsseveld and Leek).
  • Travel and working from home allowance.
  • Profit sharing bonus.
  • Learning budget for training and courses to support your growth ambitions.
  • Generous pension plan.
