General Purpose
At adidas, we believe the customer experience does not end at checkout, it is only just beginning. As a Senior Manager CRO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our conversion optimization strategy for adidas’ digital platforms, with a dedicated focus on post-sales and return/exchange process optimization. This is your opportunity to influence a critical stage of the consumer journey that directly impacts satisfaction, loyalty, and future purchases.
In this role, you will lead discovery efforts, design and execute A/B tests and experiments, and ensure insights are turned into tangible improvements across the organization. You will work closely with the Consumer Services team to tap into customer feedback, translating it into actionable strategies that elevate both the experience for our customers and performance for the business.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves. You have experience with server-side testing, a deep comfort with data, and a strong background in quantitative and/or qualitative optimization. You excel at data-driven decision-making, know how to grow digital products, and have worked closely with cross-functional technology teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
You will thrive here if you can balance big-picture initiatives that impact millions of consumers with highly targeted optimizations for specific markets and segments. Your communication skills will set you apart, you will go beyond sharing numbers to tell the story behind them, connecting behavioral insights and decision-making psychology to concrete business outcomes.
If you are ready to make a measurable impact on a global brand, influence strategy as well as execution, and champion a post-sales experience that keeps customers coming back, we want to hear from you.
