We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to join our HR department as soon as possible to support our Learning & Development and Recruiting teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development and Training Organization: Support in planning, executing, and organizing training activities as well as learning and development initiatives.
  • Recruiting and HR Projects: Assist in the recruitment process and contribute to various HR projects, including the implementation and optimization of processes and their documentation.
  • Administrative and Operational HR Tasks: Take on administrative duties and operational tasks within the HR department.
  • Independent Project Responsibility: Independently manage smaller projects within the HR environment.

Your Profile:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in business, social sciences, humanities, or a related field – ideally with a focus on HR, psychology, or a comparable area.
  • You have a strong interest in HR topics such as recruiting, learning & development, and process optimization.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner – even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are communicative, a team player, and show initiative.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have some initial experience with HR systems.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
