QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Realworks, you play a crucial role in safeguarding the quality of our applications such as the CRM, the API platform, and Move.nl. You work closely with Developers and Product Owners to ensure that new features go out the door flawlessly. You make sure tests not only run but truly add value, from manual scenarios to smart automation.

What are you going to do?

• Compile and execute test plans and test cases;
• Set up, maintain, and expand automated tests;
• Actively think along in the development process to ensure quality from the start;
• Analyze bugs and issues and make sure they are structurally resolved;
• Make quality discussable within the team and take the lead in it.

Your team
You will join a new team where a lot is possible: shaping testing processes, selecting tools, and establishing a fresh approach to testing and quality. Together with your colleague QA Tester, you will help build this new direction. You will have room to apply your experience, bring your own ideas, and truly make an impact. Additionally, you work closely with the 12 development teams.

Job requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree (HBO) or a similar level of work and thinking
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable QA role, preferably in agile software development;
• Experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools);
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies, such as functional testing, regression testing, and API testing;
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and experience with integrating tests into them;
• Independent and proactive, with a sharp eye for detail and quality;
• Communicative and capable of collaborating with various teams.
