Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Producer to oversee the production of compelling, on-brand creative content—delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. Reporting to the Director of Creative Marketing, you will be responsible for end-to-end production across multiple departments, including Marketing, Retail, Digital, E-Commerce, and Visual Merchandising. This hands-on, multifaceted role requires a proactive producer who can lead, organize, and execute creative projects with precision and efficiency. You’ll be central in implementing streamlined processes, managing teams and vendors, producing assets across channels, and ensuring consistently high-quality output. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, fosters collaboration, and contributes to a strong creative culture within our in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Ensure all project briefs are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and schedule production timelines, allocate resources, and manage deliverables
  • Drive the full project lifecycle from initial brief through to final delivery
  • Balance creative vision with operational needs, budget and deadlines

Shoot Production & Art Buying

  • Lead all aspects of integrated production (photoshoots, video, digital, print)
  • Research and manage external production partners and talent
  • Handle talent relations, art buying, usage rights, and contract negotiations
  • Oversee pre-production, shoot logistics, post-production, and delivery

Asset Management

  • Maintain a well-organized archive of creative assets and usage rights
  • Ensure legal compliance and manage contracts and image licensing
  • Keep servers and records updated and accessible for internal stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand creative needs and deliver aligned solutions
  • Foster open communication and strong working relationships with all project contributors

Administration & Budgeting

  • Develop, track, and reconcile project budgets
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and monitor production spend

Brand Guardianship

  • Uphold brand and campaign guidelines across all creative output
  • Ensure visual consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards

The Profile

  • 6+ years of integrated production experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or in-house creative team or agency
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects from concept to delivery
  • Strong art buying experience with a solid understanding of talent usage rights and licensing negotiations.
  • Good understanding of the fashion industry and seasonality
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for high quality creative output
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled creative problem-solver with a collaborative, can-do mindset
  • Strong budget management skills, from planning through to reconciliation
  • English is the working language of the company. Fluency in French is a plus.
