Your Role

The Training Project Manager – Onboarding for Global Air Logistics plays a vital role in developing, managing, and successfully executing the global air logistics onboarding plan. Supported by the Global Air Logistics Training Team, this position demands extensive air logistics expertise, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to oversee complex training programmes across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive air logistics onboarding training plan, integrating existing content with new requirements, in collaboration with the Global Air Logistics Training Team and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure an inclusive onboarding training program that enhances productivity and effectiveness and decrease new joiners retention rates.
  • Continuously monitor the progress of the onboarding training plan using well-defined, measurable KPIs, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Provide proactive communication and updates on the programme’s status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets for all onboarding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the approved forecast.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 5–10 years of experience in project management, overseeing complex initiatives.
  • Extensive international exposure with 5–10 years of experience in global operations.
  • Strong leadership background, with 5–10 years of experience guiding teams effectively.
  • Over a decade of expertise in air logistics, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of comprehensive training plans.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, maintaining efficiency under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS365, KN Systems, and KN Processes, optimizing workflow.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, fostering inclusive leadership and strong professional relationships.
