Join Enexis as a System Architect for Document Management Solutions

Enexis is turning into an IT-focused company. We need the right data available at the right time to keep our energy network running smoothly. To help our staff and contractors access important documents easily, we're updating our Document Management System. We're looking for a System Architect with skills in API services and cloud storage to lead this effort. This is especially important as other teams work on AI solutions, making the need for a smart document storage system even greater.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and setup of a secure document management system
• Identify new features, decide on technical solutions and development standards

What you bring

• You are an experienced hands-on architect with a proven track record of implementing new document management solutions and can act as a subject-matter expert for supporting cloud services.
• You are a team player.
• You get excited about the potential of a tightly integrated process-optimized document management solution serving the entire company and its stakeholders.
• You have experience working with Microsoft Cloud Stack.
• You are familiar with NodeJS and .NET technologies.
• You have knowledge of technologies such as AWS S3, AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, Docker, Gitlab.
• You have familiarity with front-end solutions such as React, and Vue.js.
• You have knowledge of enterprise document management topics such as tiering, versioning, lifecycle management, search, and API management.
• You are knowledgeable about the security of cloud storage functionalities, for example using OAuth 2.0.
• You have experience with solutioning systems within an already existing architecture landscape.
• You possess good communication skills in Dutch and/or English.
• You have experience with BlueDolphin or other modeling software.
• Familiarity with NIS2 and GDPR regulations is preferred.

What we offer

• Salary between € 4761,- and € 6.801 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Including secondary benefits, your salary can reach up to € 8.753,- per month.
• 70% contribution to your ABP Choice Pension.
• Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. You can use this flexibly or have it paid monthly or annually.
• 24.5 vacation days for a full-time position. Need more recharge time? Use your personal budget and 13th month to buy up to 35.5 extra days off.
• Remote work options, including a fully equipped home office and a €2.40 daily allowance.
