Wij zijn op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager Cyber Security om het team in Eindhoven te versterken.
Een sterke digitale toekomst vraagt om grensverleggend onderzoek en innovatieve oplossingen op het gebied van cybersecurity. Deze rol bevindt zich op het snijvlak van toegepast onderzoek en de praktische toepassing ervan. Als senior projectmanager cybersecurity geef je leiding aan complexe onderzoeks- en innovatieprojecten waarin digitale veiligheid centraal staat. In samenwerking met kennisinstellingen, overheden en bedrijven wordt gewerkt aan nieuwe concepten en technologieën die bijdragen aan de weerbaarheid van Nederland en Europa in het digitale domein.

Main responsibilities
- Aansturen en coördineren van meerdere onderzoeks- en innovatieprojecten op het gebied van cybersecurity.
- Waarborgen van voortgang, kwaliteit, budget, planning en projectdoelstellingen, in overleg met opdrachtgevers, stakeholders en projectteams.
- Samenstellen en begeleiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams bestaande uit inhoudelijke experts.
- Opzetten en beheren van nationale en internationale samenwerkingsverbanden, waaronder publiek-private consortia.
- Onderhouden van nauwe samenwerking met universiteiten, kennisinstuten, overheidsinstanties en industriële partners.
- Realiseren van toepasbare onderzoeksresultaten, waaronder proof-of-concepts, beleidsadvies of technische demonstrators.
- Effectief stakeholdermanagement bij projecten met uiteenlopende belangen en doelstellingen.
- Bevorderen van gemeenschappelijke doelen binnen consortia en het ontwikkelen van breed gedragen projectplannen.
Requirements
- Academisch werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een afgeronde masteropleiding in Informatica, Cybersecurity of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Ruime ervaring in een vergelijkbare projectmanagementrol binnen het cybersecuritydomein.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire onderzoeks- of innovatieprojecten.
- Bekendheid met financieringsprogramma’s zoals Horizon Europe, NWO, TKI of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring met projectmanagementmethoden zoals IPMA, Prince2 of Agile frameworks.
- In staat om zowel technische als beleidsmatige inhoud te overzien en te vertalen naar concrete acties.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
