What will you do?
In this role, you will be a vital link between our offshore sites and central support teams, ensuring that operational and technical expertise are seamlessly delivered where they are needed most. You will take ownership of planning and executing regional projects, such as annual maintenance campaigns, by collaborating closely with site teams you can guarantee readiness from the outset. Your day-to-day work will focus on building strong partnerships across regions, enabling clear alignment on project goals and standards. Success in this position means projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule, thanks to your careful coordination of pre-site requirements including working procedures, certifications, inductions and safety protocols.

Who are you?
You are driven by the challenge of bringing teams and expertise together to deliver on projects. Your background is rooted in engineering, whether marine, mechanical, or a related field, or you have built equivalent experience in a technically demanding environment. A solid foundation in project management is essential, ideally gained within the offshore industry, as this will enable you to steer activities with precision and confidence.

Your approach is open-minded yet structured; you know how to listen, engage stakeholders and ensure alignment without losing sight of delivery. You get energy from creating clarity out of complexity, supporting planners with accurate information and making sure everyone has what they need to succeed. At your best when balancing multiple priorities under time pressure, you stay focused on safety and execution readiness at every step.
Location
This position is based at our site-office in IJmuiden. We are looking for candidates who can be present in the office at least 3 to 4 days per week. To support regular in-person collaboration, we ask that you live within a reasonable (max. 45-60 minutes) commuting distance from the office.
