Join Accenture as an Observability Engineer

About the role:

We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Dutch and have a strong understanding of the local market and culture. This role is open to EU nationals or individuals with valid work authorization in the Netherlands, with a priority for those already residing in the country.

The Work:

As an Observability Consultant at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve operational excellence and digital resilience through advanced observability practices. You will work with cutting-edge platforms like Dynatrace and Splunk to design, implement, and optimise observability strategies that go beyond traditional monitoring — enabling proactive issue detection, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about end-user experience, system performance, and data-driven insights, and who thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Who we are:

Through unmatched industry experience, leading technologies from our ecosystem partners and startups, and the largest delivery network in the world, we provide a powerful range of capabilities that can be tailored to our client’s most complex business needs. With over 100 innovation hubs deployed around the world, we help clients continuously innovate at speed and at scale so they can outpace their peers. You will bring innovation, intelligence, and industry experience together with the newest technologies to help clients innovate at scale and transform their businesses.

Technology is one of five services that make up one Accenture – the others are Strategy & Consulting, Operations, Song, and Industry X.

Here's what you will need:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in IT consulting, observability, or performance engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLOs/SLIs, and full-stack observability (infrastructure, applications, user experience).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with AIOps, Real User Observability (RUO), Synthetic Observability, or Application Performance Observability (APO)
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
