Supervisor Assembly Operations
What You’ll Do
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination and execution of the operational activities of the assembly operation. You need to be able to keep a very safe workplace for the staff, lead by example on the floor, in cooperation with your peers. Lean manufacturing is the key word of this important responsibility, continuous improvement of all processes, as well as capacity planning for your staff of approx. 20 to 30 assembly operators. These operators make sure our assembly line is running efficiently with the right output at the right time.
The role is open for one of our premium products which allows a high level of lean manufacturing. There still continuous improvement is desired. Close cooperation with parts supply, Industrial Engineering, Equipment Engineering and Health and Safety officers is part of your daily work.
