Your key responsibilities:

• Detect execution gaps and take temporary ownership until a scalable, structural solution is in place.

• Solve problems with data and logic, not assumptions—make things work better, not just differently.

• Apply AI and automation to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and increase speed.

• Collaborate across teams, spot misalignments, and align owners around efficient outcomes.

• Support strong hiring and handovers, making sure the right talent is in place before you let go.

What you’ll work on right away:
→ Identify and own broken workflows until they run smoothly again with clear owners.
→ Analyze gaps using data, find root causes, and implement simple, sustainable fixes.
→ Use AI tools to reduce manual steps and increase process clarity.
→ Spot and fix misalignments, helping ownership flow better across operations.
→ Strengthen the handover process, ensuring each fix is handed back to a capable, aligned team.
