The Domain Expert - Pentesting coordination, manages and facilitates penetration testing activities. This role ensures that penetration tests are executed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with security policies and objectives. You act as a central point of contact for all things related to penetration testing (e.q. scheduling, execution and reporting). This also includes managing relationships with external penetration testing vendors, ensuring adherence to agreements and deliverables.

Je werk

You are responsible for aligning internal teams and external vendors to streamline execution of penetration tests, keeping track of planning and ensuring all testing activities comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies. You work in a team and together develop penetration testing schedules in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. You act as the primary point of contact for different projects and keep a detailed record of scope, timelines and outcomes for the penetration tests. You help solving penetration testing related questions, take initiative and escalate in time if needed. You signal improvements related to the way of working inside the team and you contribute to improving the maturity and coverage of our service offering.

Werkomgeving

You will be part of the internal Security Assurance team within the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) of ABN AMRO in Amstelveen. Inside the team we work together in an informal way, and we provide a lot of variety and opportunities to keep developing yourself. Je profiel

Required skills:

• You have approximately 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in cyber security, security testing and penetration testing.
• You have a good understanding of penetration testing methodologies and tools.
• You have experience with operating systems, middleware, web applications, mobile applications & cloud environment.
• You have experience with network architectures.
• You are fluent (verbal and in writing) in English.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Including the ability to create positive business relationships with stakeholders.
• You take ownership of your own and team’s delivery and have a proactive attitude.
• You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-have skills:

• You are fluent (verbal and in writing) in Dutch.
• You possess several relevant certifications (e.g. CEH, CPEN, OSCP).
• You have demonstrated knowledge of cyber security landscape / threats, trends, and technologies.
• Exposure to banking, or equivalent highly controlled technology environment is preferred.
