As a Process Consultant, you play a crucial role in optimizing and innovating our mortgage processes and process landscape. You translate new questions from our customers, as well as from our internal organization, into a concrete solution direction. In addition, you come up with improvement proposals to optimize the process landscape in order to ensure service delivery to our customers. You operate at the intersection of IT and Operations and ensure that new products and services are smoothly integrated into our service delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing change requests together with the process owner with an eye for the customer, market, and organization.
  • Translating strategic goals into concrete improvement initiatives.
  • Developing and monitoring roadmaps and impact analyses.
  • Functionally elaborating change requests and coordinating with IT.
  • Participating in projects and guiding implementations within operational teams.
  • Eliminating existing workarounds and preventing new bottlenecks.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper to minimize negative impact on processes.
  • Monitoring the implementation and evaluating the results.

  • HBO level of education and thinking.
  • Experience with Agile working.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage market and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience with process models and business case methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
