What you'll do

As a Junior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing existing journeys and features, working within a squad to prepare designs for development. You'll gain hands-on experience contributing to product implementation for our customers, learning how design standards drive exceptional user experiences.

  • Focus on specific journeys, features, or sub-features within a product, bringing them to life with your design skills.
  • Enhance existing user journeys, features, or sub-features to continuously improve quality and user satisfaction.
  • Support a more senior UX Designer within a team or Value Stream, learning from experienced professionals.
  • Deliver implementable UX designs and seamlessly coordinate their delivery with our talented development teams.
  • Contribute towards documentation efforts within your team, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Observe UX Research sessions to gain valuable user insights and deepen your understanding of user needs.

Who you are

We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual with a foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles. You're eager to learn, thrive on collaboration, and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment, bringing your theoretical knowledge to practical, real-world applications.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ready to take the next step in your career.
  • Good theoretical knowledge with practical experience in one or more areas of UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, User Interface Design, HTML/CSS, or User Research.
  • Ideally, experience within the Financial Services industry or a strong awareness of its products and services.
  • Ideally, involvement in the lifecycle of a software implementation project, understanding the journey from concept to launch.
  • Educational background in UI Component Design, Interactive Design, or User Experience Design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, ready to hit the ground running.
