Your mission

As a Business Analyst at BUUT, you'll lead complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of our banking platform. You'll join the architecture team—consisting of two IT architects and two Business Analysts. Together, you'll work ahead of development teams to write solution intents and ensure requirements are clear. Furthermore you:

• Lead Strategic Architecture Integration: Drive collaboration between external vendors, teams in ABN AMRO and product stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with business goals while maintaining system integrity and scalability.
• Manage Cross-Functional Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with ABN AMRO teams and external vendors, orchestrating complex integrations and developing sustainable operational frameworks that support BUUT's growth.
• Guide Architectural Evolution: Shape and steward BUUT's technical architecture, balancing rapid innovation with foundational principles, and ensuring the platform remains robust while adapting to emerging needs.
• Lead Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Own the end-to-end process of gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable solutions, considering both immediate needs and long-term strategic implications.
• Direct Vendor Strategy & Innovation: Lead vendor evaluation and selection processes, building a dynamic ecosystem of partnerships that enhance BUUT's capabilities while maintaining security, compliance, and performance standards.

What we are looking for in a BUUT Team Member

At BUUT, we're looking for a business analyst who brings positive energy and thrives in our collaborative culture. We value proactive team members who take ownership, provide constructive feedback, and contribute their ideas regardless of seniority. If you're ready to push boundaries while having fun building innovative fintech solutions, check out the requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in fintech or banking
• Proficiency in business analysis to clarify business and technical requirements
• Strong (Personal) leadership skills with the ability to help out less senior team members
• Track record of successfully managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships, consultancy experience is a plus
• Strategic thinking with the ability to influence key decisions
• Deep understanding of the digital banking landscape
• Proven ability to drive innovation and contribute to departmental strategy
