Join Suitsupply as an Online Merchandiser

As an Online Merchandiser at Suitsupply, you’ll drive the online success of key product categories across EMEA, the Americas and APAC for Suitsupply.com. You’ll manage seasonal/product launches, optimize category listing and product pages, monitor stock levels and performance to turn data into strategic insights and smart actions that boost sales. An exciting role where you will be responsible for managing your categories from day-to-day execution to driving strong commercial impact.

You’ll work closely with teams across Merchandising, Planning, Retention and Acquisition to align strategies and deliver results. We’re looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative—ready to make an impact in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for managing the sales performance of multiple product categories across regions and reporting on commercial opportunities across internal teams
  • Analyse weekly and seasonal KPIs to identify key sales drivers, missed sales opportunities and business opportunities, presenting clear, data-driven findings to relevant teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate go-lives of new collections and styles, managing all operational areas for your categories before and during the season.
  • Activate and maintain each PDP and make sure the PLPs are curated, well maintained and represent the brand assortment from a design, merchandising and sale standpoint.
  • Manage stock levels for your categories during the season.
  • Build knowledge of ecommerce KPIs and the funnel for your category to understand performance levers and actively work on improving the customer experience for your business areas.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising and Retention to align category visibility and availability
  • Maintain a strong awareness of site merchandising best practices, opportunities and seasonal priorities working together with the other online merchandisers on improvements.

Who you are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital sales; menswear experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills; experience with Looker, AI tools, or large datasets is a plus.
  • Familiar with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable back-end e-commerce platforms.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising KPIs, ecommerce funnel metrics, and performance levers.
  • Confident in presenting data-driven insights with clear takeaways to internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen attention to detail.

What you will get:

  • Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.
  • Growth: We see your potential as a key asset. At Suitsupply, you’ll have abundant opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in a supportive environment that encourages development at every step.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.
  • Style: Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.

Founded in Europe in 2000, Suitsupply has grown to over 90 international stores in cities such as Milan, London, Zurich, Amsterdam, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. In addition to our ever-expanding number of brick-and-mortar locations, we maintain a strong online presence, allowing Suitsupply to bring our style and top-tier service to all corners of the globe.

In an industry where fast fashion dominates and craftsmanship is fast disappearing, Suitsupply introduces a better option: one where no attention to detail or quality is ever spared. That’s why we use only the finest Italian fabrics sourced from mills such as Ferla, E. Thomas, Larusmiani and Vitale Barberis Canonico.

We have received widespread accolade from the likes of GQ, Esquire, and, perhaps most notably, a Wall Street Journal blind test that rated a $600 Suitsupply suit in a first-place tie with a $3,600 Armani.

While high-quality suiting at an affordable price point remain at the core of all that we do, our versatile range includes jackets, trousers, outerwear, shoes, accessories and attire available as prêt à porter and made-to-measure.

At Suitsupply, we pride ourselves in taking innovative approaches to traditional problems. This has led to the development of technologies such as our Design Your Own feature, our Garmentor app, and a commitment to in-house tailoring, providing quick alterations while you wait for a perfect fit every time. Each and every sales associate receives in-depth training through our acclaimed Suit School, bringing the unmatched level of passion and expertise that make Suitsupply’s customer service stand out.

The message is clear. We believe that nobody should leave Suitsupply with anything less than a perfect fit. If you’re equally devoted to quality, check out our jobs page for opportunities to join us.
