Role Overview:
As a Senior Developer Advocate, you’ll be the bridge between Atlassian and the developer community, leading efforts to drive engagement, education, and enablement across our ecosystem. You will represent the voice of developers both internally and externally, crafting content, building relationships, and creating programs that make it easier and more inspiring for developers to build with Atlassian tools. Your work will help developers understand the value of our ecosystem, expand their technical skills, and feel empowered to innovate on our platform.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
