Each day, you'll collaborate with a vibrant team including SEO specialists, photographers, product editors, and online marketers, ensuring your content is both relevant and compelling for our Croatian-speaking markets. Your words will drive traffic, leading to increased app engagement and store visits. You'll set KPIs in collaboration with specialists, continuously enhancing your content’s effectiveness across various platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, websites, and apps. Your knack for optimizing content for SEO will be vital in outreach and engagement. This role includes creating content tailored to local celebrations, holidays, and current events, and adapting European campaigns for cultural relevance. Additionally, you'll support offline content efforts, ensuring translations meet high standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Create conversion-driven, engaging content for all channels.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists and other creatives to optimize content.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Support and revise agency translations for offline materials.
• Localize and transcreate European-wide campaigns.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree or similar ability in business, marketing, multimedia, or journalism.
• Experience in a similar role; ideally in retail.
• Proven experience in digital content creation and CMS.
• Excellent command of Croatian; deep cultural understanding.
• Good command of English, fitting an international setting.
