By ensuring 13.7 million customers can complete purchases without worrying about payment processes. As the Medior Product Designer, you’ll reimagine how people interact with financial services at a crucial time – new EU regulations will completely reshape this landscape in 2026. Your designs don’t just tick all the right compliance boxes; they make purchasing as easy as possible. From unintrusive affordability checks to credit disclosures that make sense, you’ll prove that regulatory requirements and a stellar user experience aren’t mutually exclusive.
Proving that compliance doesn’t entail compromise. Every pixel matters when you’re designing flows that must delight customers, satisfy Legal and drive business results. How do you make mandatory consent flows feel frictionless? How do you align stakeholder demands and regulatory requirements with user needs? Success calls for experiences so intuitive that customers never suspect just how much complexity is hidden beneath the surface.
As a valued member of the Fintech product team, you’ll report to the Lead Product Designer of Fintech and shape how millions of customers experience our financial services. Working closely with Product Designer, Product Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers, Legal experts and Compliance stakeholders, you’ll transform labyrinthine requirements into logical user journeys. You’ll lead discovery sessions that map where legal boundaries meet user needs and design solutions that respect both.
Through rapid prototyping and iterative testing, you’ll validate assumptions and refine experiences based on both user feedback and analytical data. Your work impacts both customer trust and commercial performance – every improved flow translates into happier customers and healthier metrics. You’ll also contribute to our growing Design Community, helping set new standards for a compliant yet frictionless financial UX. Your key responsibilities:
You understand that financial design is fundamentally about building and maintaining trust. With 3-5 years of product design experience, ideally including work on regulated or financial products, you’ve learned to see constraints as creative catalysts. You combine strong UX skills with business acumen and know that good designs must work well for users, regulators, and the bottom line. You thrive in ambiguity but deliver clarity, asking sharp questions that cut through the noise. Your stakeholder management skills help you align perspectives without compromising the user experience.
- Pixel perfectionist You'd rather spend a morning tweaking drop-shadows than tackling a service-design challenge
- Meeting minimalist Cross-functional collaboration feels like overhead – soloists get things done quicker
- Regulated resentment Discussions about compliance make you reach for coffee instead of your laptop
+ Impact architect You want to solve problems that affect millions of real transactions, not just polish rough edges
+ Bridge builder You thrive at the intersection of user needs, legal, technical, and finding elegant solutions where others see only potential conflicts
+ Trust cultivator You understand that every interaction impacts people’s confidence in bol - and take that responsibility seriously
You’ll join our Fintech product team at the intersection of design, technology, and financial innovation. Reporting to the Lead Product Designer, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of colleagues while contributing to our broader Design Community. While we take compliance seriously, we never let it compromise our design ambitions. Ready to prove that financial services can simultaneously comply and delight? Show us how you’d redesign trust!
