As Project Manager Concept Development, you play a key role in our mission to be an ambitious leader in gas shipping service solutions by designing new vessels and upgrading existing ones to increase performance and sustainability. With that you will ensure that projects align with the commercial goals of the company. By working closely with Business Development and collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders, you will oversee concept projects that shape the future of our industry.

What to expect

• Oversee large or multiple smaller complex projects focused on new vessel designs or upgrades, with an emphasis on sustainability and operational performance supporting sound business cases.
• Translate innovative ideas into actionable project plans that balance ambition with technical and commercial feasibility.
• Support and guide team members, fostering growth, collaboration, and shared success.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including suppliers, class societies, shipyards, and customers, to align on objectives and outcomes.

What we ask

• A proven track record in project or program management, preferably in the maritime or engineering sectors.
• A MSc degree preferable in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect long-term strategy with day-to-day actions.
• Skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
