Functieomschrijving

Als HR Adviseur op operationeel-tactisch niveau ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de HR-strategie en de dagelijkse praktijk. Jij adviseert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je vertaalt het HR-beleid naar de praktijk en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-processen binnen de organisatie. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om een significante bijdrage te leveren aan de ontwikkeling van de terminals in Amsterdam en Rotterdam.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Eerste aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden bij personeelsvraagstukken (instroom, doorstroom, uitstroom, verzuim, functioneren, etc.);
Uitvoeren van HR-processen en meedenken over verbetermogelijkheden;
Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten in samenwerking met de arbodienst;
Begeleiden en verbeteren van de ontwikkel- en beoordelingscyclus;
Actieve bijdrage leveren aan organisatieveranderingen, cultuurtrajecten en professionalisering van HR;
Monitoren van HR-kengetallen en rapporteren aan het management;
Coördineren van werving- en selectieprocedures in samenwerking met hiring managers;
Toepassen van relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals arbeidsrecht en AVG).

Vereisten

Hbo-opleiding in de richting van Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar;
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen HR, bij voorkeur in een operationele, technische en/of industriele omgeving;
Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en HR-systemen;
Proactieve houding en goed ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen;
Communicatief sterk, verbindend en organisatiesensitief;
Hands-on mentaliteit: je schakelt makkelijk tussen operationele uitvoering en tactisch advies;
Vermogen om effectief te werken in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving;
Bereid om regelmatig naar de terminal in Rotterdam te reizen.
