Senior Analyst - Marketing Effectiveness at Philips

Job Description

In this role you will provide actionable insights for marketing teams around how to improve marketing effectiveness for Healthcare businesses. You will oversee and drive end-to-end analysis and insights from tactical marketing activity. Driving continuous improvement from descriptive reporting of marketing communications metrics to predictive insight generation on marketing effectiveness. Working as part of a cross-functional marketing team, bring insights into how to improve the effectiveness and influence of marketing tactics across the customer journey with different marketing and sales disciplines (e.g. events, digital, CRM, sales).

Your role

  • Lead the development of the marketing effectiveness framework covering tactics such as events, paid media, SEO, content, email and webinars across the customer journey
  • Co-build marketing mix models and lift models, leveraging the insights and analytics data science team
  • Deliver channel performance analysis, including incrementality testing, A/B testing and evaluation
  • Partner with events and digital teams and external agencies to drive fact based, informed decisions to optimize spend across marketing communication channels for businesses
  • Report on budget efficiency and customer engagement KPI’s

You´re the right fit if

  • Experienced in digital and marketing analytics and in particular with measuring marketing effectiveness and driving continuous improvement actions collaboratively with other teams
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools that can be used to enhance analysis (Sales Force, ELOQUA, Google Analytics, SEMrush etc)
  • Experienced in providing insights that help drive improved marketing effectiveness with B2B customers or within the Healthcare industry
  • Results-driven with a strong analytical mindset and passion for increasing marketing and business performance
  • Strong attention to quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
