Action Technology is looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution Architect to design, develop, and help implementing IAM solutions to strengthen Action’s security posture. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IAM technologies, strong architectural skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure secure and efficient user access management.

The Job

As a Solution Architect (IAM), you will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end Identity and access management solutions that align with both business requirements and Action's security policies. You will actively participate in projects involving the integration with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM), ensuring a secure and seamless user access experience.

In this role, you will develop a comprehensive identity strategy, along with an Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework, policies, and standards that support consistent and scalable identity governance. Close collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with the Information Security Office, technology teams, and business stakeholders to assess (IAM) requirements and deliver effective solutions. A key responsibility will be evaluating and selecting an appropriate IGA tool. Additionally, you will design and manage the integration of applications with the IGA solution, ensuring seamless onboarding, lifecycle management, and adherence to governance standards.

Job requirements

• A Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect (IAM)
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT field combined with, (IAM), or security related certificates
• Experience with standard IAM solutions such as Entra ID Governance, Sailpoint
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Dutch would be amazing.
• Experience with change management and incident handling
• Ability to comprehend business requirements from stakeholders and effectively translate them into functional specifications.
