About the team

The GameDistribution team offers services for both developers and publishers whereby we help game developers monetize high-quality games by distributing them to our broad network of publishers. Our team is young, diligent, fun, and very eager to contribute to the further growth of our company.

What you will be doing in this role

As an Account Management and Communications Intern, your main responsibility consists of two components: account management and B2B communication support. You will work with a team of Account Managers and their clients/prospects to understand best practices for digital marketing and communication, relationship management, and client growth.

This is an opportunity to sharpen your skills and develop a foundational knowledge of account management, which you can leverage for a future in sales, marketing, consulting and various business roles.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Execution of B2B communication projects, including email marketing, content creation, and results analysis.
  • Preparation of B2B communication materials such as pitching documents, and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials with various design tools.
  • Engaging in market research to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Prepare and analyze clients' performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assist in developing and implementing promotion plans for different products under the publishing team, including hypercasual and social games.
  • Join the team in creative brainstorming for a diverse range of projects.

Background:

  • Enrollment in Bachelor/Master student in Marketing, Communications, International Management and or another relevant field
  • Short work experience, internships/traineeships and studies abroad are considered a plus.

Skills:

  • Must be fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides).
  • Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop and Canva
  • Preferably have experience with email marketing systems such as Mailchimp or similar software applications.
  • Passionate about gaming and keen to learn more about the industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Goal-oriented, and the ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Great skills in organizing workflow, prioritization, and time management.

Availability: Available for at least 6 months
