Internship: Sustainability and Data Analytics in Dairy Ingredients Team

In this internship, you will be part of the Dairy Ingredients team, within our Global Cycles & Procurement department. Together, we will work on global projects to streamline sustainability data, visualize results, and enable stakeholders to make impactful decisions to build a more resilient and sustainable dairy supply chain. During this internship, you will become part of a team with highly skilled and dedicated professionals aiming to decarbonizing our supply chain and meet Danone’s ambitious climate targets. Your main responsibilities include:

• Support the development of a global platform to collect and visualize sustainability data
• Help design easy-to-use dashboards and progress reports for global stakeholders, regions and business units
• Track supplier sustainability performance and prepare stakeholder updates.
• Highlight sustainability achievements through clear and engaging communication.
• Collaborate with teams to shape sustainability strategy for dairy ingredients.
• Contribute to reporting, risk assessments, and CDP submissions.
• Research public funding opportunities to support sustainability projects.

Sobre ti

As a Sustainability and Data Analytics in Dairy Ingredients intern, data management and analytics will be second nature to you. You have a strong interest in using data to drive positive environmental impact. On top of that? You’re a fast-learner, proactive and passionate about sustainability, and always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch resident permit);
• Ideally available to start in September for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
