Lead the Denham Lelystad Batavia Fashion Outlet Store

As the Store Manager you are responsible for leading the Denham Lelystad Batavia Fashion Outlet Store and the overall results of the store. With your great interest in fashion, you want to share your enthusiasm for the brand and your passion for the customer. You will contribute to all the activities on the shop floor and coach and inspire the Lelystad team. With your knowledge of customer service and your commercial drive, you know how to achieve your daily targets and customer loyalty. Knowing how to motivate and inspire the staff, you create an optimal atmosphere in the workplace.

The brand

Founded in Amsterdam in 2008, DENHAM was established by Englishman and internationally respected jean maker Jason Denham. DENHAM is a fast growing international brand represented in 22 countries with offices in Amsterdam, Dusseldorf and Tokyo. Collections include a full range of styles for men and women across both tops and bottom categories with the core of the brand firmly rooted in the premium denim segment. Denham is looking for people with energetic and positive motivational qualities, together with professional passion, open attitude and genuine team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out
• Assist with team trainings and share product knowledge
• Analyse commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPI’s
• Monitor KPIs and teams performance by running reports and updating Denham HQ on action plans
• Control costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota’s
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Recruit and induct team members who also have a passion for all things denim

Desired skills and experience

3-5 years of experience in store managing, service-oriented and are you looking for a managerial position in a high retail environment with room for growth and development? And do you also have:

• Experience with stock management is a big plus
• Experience of leading, managing and training store staff efficiently
• Outlet experience is not mandatory but it is a big plus
• Sales driven, result oriented and services minded
• Passionate about the brand and a denim lover
• Passionate and living our values
• Proven sales figures and KPI achievements
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent high level communication skills
• Good command on both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
