ClusterVision designs, deploys, and supports high-performance computing (HPC), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence clusters across Europe. Building on our track record in creating Bright Computing—acquired by NVIDIA in 2022—we are now taking our open-source cluster-management suite, TrinityX, to organisations worldwide. Our mission is to equip universities, research institutes, and enterprises with intuitive software and expert services that remove the complexity of large-scale compute infrastructure.

We seek a graphic designer who sees the bigger picture. A sharp eye for quality — both visual and textual — is essential. You turn marketing ideas into clear, attractive visuals or guide external (outsourced) companies to deliver the best result.

Your first challenge is to refresh our UI/UX and key graphical marketing assets, from the website to handouts. Over time, you will shape our wider marketing efforts: brand guidelines, content creation and digital campaigns.

You will work shoulder to shoulder with highly skilled AI and HPC engineers. They will provide the technical insight you need, so deep domain knowledge is not a prerequisite; curiosity and collaboration are. Together, we will transform complex ideas into engaging designs that stand out. You will thrive if you learn by doing and can turn design craft into commercial outcomes. Expect to work across UX concepts, newsletters, white papers, content strategy, digital advertising, branding, and event management.

Your impact:

• Shape the brand – Develop and maintain coherent guidelines for logos, colour palette, typography, iconography, and tone of voice
• Enhance TrinityX UI/UX – Redesign interface flows, design and harmonize visuals to deliver intuitive, brand-consistent experiences.
• Create compelling content – Produce social graphics, demo visuals, newsletters, blogs, white papers, and release notes.
• Drive digital presence – Own LinkedIn and related channels, craft visuals and posts, analyze engagement metrics, discuss and refine tactics for growth.
• Optimise the website – Refresh layouts, update visuals and copy
• Produce video & motion – Capture and edit short videos to deliver polished explainers, product teasers, and event screens.
• Monitor & optimise – Define KPIs, report insights with the team, and iterate rapidly for maximum marketing impact.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience – bachelor’s degree in graphic or visual design, backed by a track record delivering commercial-grade graphic work.
• Tool proficiency – Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), with Canva for rapid iterations; Figma or XD advantageous.
• Business acumen – Confidence turning technical features (HPC, Artificial Intelligence) into persuasive messaging and sales collateral.
• Communication – Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn – Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable teaching yourself new tools or concepts, testing ideas, and refining them quickly.
• Mindset – Organized and creative —comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on execution.
