  • Lead the development of detailed project plans covering discovery, implementation, communication, change management, training, and operational readiness.
  • Create and implement risk management plans to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder management strategies to align expectations, build strong relationships, and communicate across all organizational levels.
  • Establish and facilitate project governance to ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, stakeholder alignment, and business objectives.
  • Plan and lead key project activities such as kick-offs, team meetings, deliverable tracking, decision-making, communications, and lessons learned.

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects of varying complexity through the full lifecycle using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Lean.
  • Proficient in project management tools and concepts.
  • Experienced in managing and interacting with senior leadership as key stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a high level of proficiency in MS Office.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and influencing across all levels.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level), both written and verbal.

Preferred:
